Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
We offer free shipping on all orders over SGD 100 (excluding shipping & after any discounts are applied) within Singapore.
Orders are processed and delivered within 3–5 working days after placement.
Please note that we are currently unable to accommodate specific delivery date or time requests.
International Shipping
We now ship to the following countries:
Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, and South Korea.

Free international shipping is available for orders over USD 150 (excluding shipping & after any discounts are applied)

Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand: Flat rate of USD 25

Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea: Flat rate of USD 30

All international orders are processed within 7 business days and include tracking information once dispatched.
Custom Duties & Taxes
Please be aware that import duties, VAT/GST, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.
Delivery Terms & Responsibilities
Once your parcel is dispatched, it is handled by third-party couriers such as DHL, local postal services, or other logistics partners.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Le Maison Joie is not responsible for delays, redirections, failed delivery attempts, or issues once your parcel is with the courier.
To ensure successful delivery, please:

Parcels that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to customer inaction or incomplete shipping details are not eligible for refunds.
If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply.
