When will my order be delivered?

Please allow 3–5 working days for processing and delivery after your order is placed.

 

Can I choose my delivery date and time?

Unfortunately, customers are not able to select a preferred delivery date and time.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently offer international shipping to the following countries:
Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, and Thailand.

 

What are the international shipping rates?

• Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand: Flat rate of USD 25

• Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea: Flat rate of USD 30

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping for orders over SGD 100 (excluding shipping & after discounts are applied) within Singapore.
For international orders, free shipping applies to orders over USD 150 (excluding shipping & after discounts are applied).

How long will my international order take to ship?

All international orders are processed within 7 business days. Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

 

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?

Depending on your country's regulations, you may be required to pay VAT, GST, or customs duties upon delivery. These fees are not charged at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Do you provide gift wrapping services?

At the moment, we do not provide gift wrapping services. However, we are happy to include a handwritten message for your recipient! Simply leave your message in the note box at checkout.

 

Do you offer customisation?

At this time, we do not offer customisation services.
