Refund and Exchange Policy
Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, in original condition — unused, unwashed, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items do not meet these conditions or are damaged due to improper care. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.
For returns or exchanges sent by mail, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or untrackable parcels. Please include your name, address, and order number with the return package.

International Orders
There will be strictly no refunds or exchanges for international orders unless there is clear proof of a manufacturing fault.
Unclaimed or Returned Parcels
Unclaimed parcels, refused shipments, or those returned to us due to inaction, absence, or incomplete recipient information are not eligible for refunds. This includes:

Parcels returned due to failed contact attempts
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping fees will apply.
